J.M.A. LENSINK (Minister for Human Services) (14:24): I thank the honourable member for his question. They are at the early stages, so the part of the process they are in is the design process. They have taken a sample size. I would have to double-check what the numbers are but they have taken a sample size to enable them to frame the questions and consultation process, if you like. If I can explain, we are very much at the beginning of this particular very detailed phase of the consultation. We have taken a sample of the client group to enable us to form the questions to which we will then invite all the clients to respond.
