<by role="member" id="4697">The Hon. K.J. MAHER:</by> This is an important question. The minister has answered that he is not aware of any information being sought from the department. What that means is it is squarely on his shoulders this issue that he has misled. Can the minister confirm that no information was sought from his department in that one month that the question was taken on notice? If that's the case, then it is squarely on his shoulders the fact that he has misled this chamber.</text>
