          <by role="member" id="3164">The Hon. S.G. WADE:</by>  What the people of South Australia are faced with is a hospital that doesn't work and a health system that can't be afforded. The fact of the matter is that we will need to improve the operation of the hospital, and we will also have to improve the sustainability of it.</text>
