<text id="201809185dc8bd05f9b040e7b0000256">Bear in mind that it was the former government who spent an extra $10 million prior to the election to try to ensure that the tram project up and down North Terrace would be completed before March so that the premier and the former minister could actually open the project and have the trams running down. The former government were the ones who spent $10 million of taxpayers' money to deliver it before March 2018. We would love to know what happened to that $10 million because we are still trying to clean up that government's mess.</text>
