Can he assure South Australians that, unlike in Tasmania, the Department for Health will not reveal private health information of people, as has happened with the case of the former employee of Cricket Australia?</text>

WADE (Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (16:08):</by>  I don't know the details of which the honourable member refers to, but I can assure the house that under the Health Care Act, there are very clear confidentiality provisions. SA Health is in the practice of actually naming people who inappropriately access records and we take privacy very seriously.</text>
