Let's remember that one of the problems highlighted by Dr Berston in his review of the former Labor government's high dependency unit on that site was a lack of resourcing by the former government. On the scepticism of the Labor Party on the viability of an HDU, you have to ask yourselves: how did we managed to have an HDU there until early 2016?</text>
