I do not know the stage of that legal action, if in fact it is legal action. It could be just an exchange of letters. I assume the honourable member has Dr Grave's permission to canvass his circumstances in the parliament, but I am certainly not going to interfere in the legal proceedings that the department has afoot, if in fact there are any. I don't intend to comment further.
