The company was placed into liquidation, not voluntary liquidation. In accordance with the Public Sector Act the Department of State Development was advised on 1 June 2018. 2.	Following the liquidators being appointed on 6 June 2018. 3.	The company is continuing to trade as the liquidator seeks a buyer to purchase the business. There are 13 employees.
