At the time that we looked at Wagner's airport at Toowoomba, which was designed to be a freight-only airport, they were exporting freight from south-east Queensland and other parts of the east coast, so that was the model we based it on. I think there might be some passenger activity there now, but it was genuinely set up as a freight-only airport in the first instance.
