          <inserted>Following a lengthy admission to the Lyell McEwin Hospital, a long stay patient was transferred to independent accommodation, consisting of a multiroom portable building on the Lyell McEwin Hospital site.</inserted>

          <inserted>Prior to making the decision to accommodate the long stay patient in the portable building, there was extensive consultation with the family, and the granting of their approval.</inserted>
