The opportunity for any member of the public to have their say on shaping the future of freight transport in South Australia is available online at https://www.saglobelink.com.au/. The Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure is currently finalising tender documents for procuring the development of the business case for GlobeLink. Given the scale and importance of this initiative, it will be important to bring a diverse range of industry skills and capabilities into the process. The first tender for the process will be called before the end of June 2018, thereby meeting the 100-day commitment.
