          <inserted>1.&amp;#x9;RTC Facilities Maintenance (SA) Pty Ltd (RTC) is conducting the Asset Condition Inspection program of public housing properties in South Australia. RTC is an established multi-trade contractor with Housing SA and was selected through a competitive open tender process.</inserted>

          <inserted>2.&amp;#x9;The cost of the contract is being met from existing resources and is due for completion in 2021.</inserted>

          <inserted>3.&amp;#x9;RTC has advised Housing SA that the program of inspections commenced on 26 March 2018, consistent with the government’s 30-day election commitment. </inserted>

          <inserted>As stated above, the contract runs through three financial years.</inserted>
