David Ridgway, representing the Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Local Government, the Hon. Stephan Knoll, regarding the dredging in the Port River and plans to dump 1.55 million cubic metres of spoil into Gulf St Vincent. Can the government provide a copy of any report or assessment conducted by Flinders Ports showing different options for dumping the spoil at sea and on land, and supply detailed costings of those options?</text>
