I can assure the people of South Australia that the Marshall Liberal government will deliver on its commitment that every single dollar saved in health will be invested in health. As for the detail, I am continuing to have constructive discussions with the Treasurer, but I can assure you that it's going to be a whole lot better under a Marshall Liberal government than after 16 years of Labor's neglect and, in particular, Labor's transforming toxic plan.</text>
