RIDGWAY (Minister for Trade, Tourism and Investment) (17:26):</by>  It's my understanding that the federal minister for primary industries has taken the lead at a national level and it's my understanding that the Minister for Primary Industries and Regional Development has been the spokesman for the Liberal Party. As I said, I will refer the original question to the Hon. Mr  Whetstone. However, if the Hon. Tammy Franks would like, I will also refer her supplementary question to the Minister for Environment.</text>
