You said in your original answer that you were informed of the decision prior to it becoming public that this decision was made. Did this decision require approval from you? Was it above the Treasurer's Instructions that allow an agency to approve it, or did it require your ministerial approval for this decision?</text>

The process had been started under the former government, was initiated by the former minister and was completed under the former Labor government.</text>
