LUCAS (15:09):</by>  Supplementary question arising out of the answer: is the minister aware that the standard ministerial contract, which is signed by ministerial staff, doesn't have a provision which requires any length of service. It provides a 16-week termination payment, normally, in relation to a ministerial officer employed in the minister's office. So, on the basis of that, will he take it on notice and inquire whether or not a termination payment, at taxpayers' expense, was made to Mr Chilcott?</text>
