LUCAS (15:05): Supplementary question arising from the minister's answer: given that the minister has indicated that it is still his intention to try to have an agreement with at least one Aboriginal nation within the next six weeks, that is, by the end of this year, can the minister now indicate, as I said in my question originally, whether compensation has been raised by any of the Aboriginal nations and, secondly, given that he is within six weeks of potentially signing a treaty with one of the many Aboriginal nations, what aspects are being covered by the proposed treaty? I haven't been a part of the fine grain detail over many, many days. I certainly went on country at the commencement of discussions. I haven't been a part of the fine grain detail. Certainly, while these discussions and negotiations are occurring, I am not about to start talking very publicly about what is being discussed in good faith with Aboriginal groups. The Hon. R.I.
