J.M.A. LENSINK (11:34):</by>  I rise to make some comments in support of this piece of legislation, which has had quite a significant period of gestation, arising out of concerns within the EPA and the waste sector about clamping down on certain practices which have helped certain operators to avoid paying waste levies, and there are a number of other measures within the bill to tighten up other areas of compliance. I will talk briefly about some of the history of this.</text>
