MALINAUSKAS (Minister for Health, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse) (15:09):</by>  I have already stated, and I am happy to repeat, that the government is more than happy to release that master plan, and of course we want to release the master plan to the public because our interest is about making sure that the revitalisation with that site is consistent with their interests. Of course we will be looking for their feedback. We expect the master plan to be consistent with our objects of the site, and that, of course, is a revitalised site that is a health precinct in nature and that delivers outstanding service to the community, which we know and believe the site has the potential to do.</text>
