BROKENSHIRE (15:35):</by>  A supplementary: based on the minister's answer, how can he justify that it was alright for Labor to be the first government in the history of this state to privatise an essential service—namely Sagasco—under the late Hon. John Bannon? As a result of that privatisation we have the highest gas prices in Australia. How can he justify that? You sold Sagasco, mate; that was the start of it all. Forestry—it goes on.</text>
