LUCAS (15:33):</by>  Supplementary question arising out of the minister's original answer: is the reason the minister is refusing to answer both questions I have put to him that he is too embarrassed by the actual facts of the situation; that is, the government was advised by SA Water of significant savings if they continued the Allwater contract, and that's the reason why the minister is now steadfastly refusing to answer either of the questions that have been put to him?</text>

What I am doing is poking my finger in the hole, the gaping hole, in the Liberal Party's plan about privatisation. That's what they don't want us to talk about. Well, I can tell you now: every day from now to the election I will be telling South Australians about your track record on privatisation, your track record on the privatisation of ETSA, and how could anybody take you at face value when you make a promise about SA Water. No-one is going to believe you. No-one is going to believe you, Mr Lucas.</text>
