I ask again: what is the additional cost of this proposal? He is accountable to this house for taxpayers' money.</text>

MALINAUSKAS (Minister for Health, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse) (15:04):</by> I haven't stated that there is an additional cost associated with this. What I have said is that, by undertaking a process of this nature, we are able to deliver a better outcome, a more cost-efficient outcome, for the South Australian taxpayer than would otherwise be the case. That's my advice. It is a good outcome. I was very happy to be able to speak to a senior clinician who works within radiology at the NRAH this morning. I think they are satisfied with the outcome as well and we think South Australian patients will be for many decades to come.</text>
