WADE (14:33):</by> I have a supplementary question which will be by the nature of reiteration because I would like to clarify that I was not talking about the forensic mental health facilities. My reading of the report was that it was talking about prison in-reach services, so that is within correctional services facilities. If I could ask the minister by way of supplementary: could the minister advise the council, if you like, of the funder purchaser-provider relationship as it is understood in the South Australian government, considering that some jurisdictions have explicit funder purchaser-provider contracts between even their public sector health providers and considering that in the end it is the Department for Correctional Services that has custody of these citizens and they need to hold health service providers accountable for delivery?</text>
