<by role="member" id="2742">The Hon. J.M.A. LENSINK:</by> The South Eastern Water Conservation and Drainage Board has many functions and obligations, including to provide effective and efficient management of water and to assist and give advice regarding water conservation, drainage and management. The minister appointed Mr Frank Brennan as the presiding member of the South Eastern Water Conservation and Drainage Board in 2015. My question for the minister is: does he believe that conflict of interest exists between chairing the South Eastern Water Conservation and Drainage Board and the South East NRM Board?</text>
