          <inserted>1.&amp;#x9;No formal management appointment has been made over Mount Serle, as the proposal involves the grant of a sub-lease requiring the approval of the Pastoral Board and the consent of the Minister for Environment and Conservation.</inserted>

          <inserted>2.&amp;#x9;I understand that the proposal by the party recommended by the Adnyamathanha Traditional Lands Association subsequent to a formal selection process includes the operation of a cultural tourism venture. </inserted>

          <inserted>3.&amp;#x9;While the lease is a grazing lease it does not require stock to be grazed on the property. There is currently no stock on the property, nor any immediate intention to stock it.</inserted>

          <inserted>4.&amp;#x9;Currently there are programs in place to control wild dogs and feral goats. At present, no weed control measures are required. It is anticipated that any sub-lease would require the sub-lessee to participate in measures initiated by the SA Arid Lands Natural Resources Management Board or the Pastoral Board.</inserted>
