          <inserted>Delays in the first quarter's payment for 2017 occurred (as a once off event) because of implementation of new contractual arrangements for 2017-18 in South Australia. </inserted>

          <inserted>I can confirm that the first quarter's payment for 2017 was made directly to service providers on 8 March 2017; and the second quarter's payment for 2017 was made on 11 April 2017. </inserted>

          <inserted>The next quarter's payment is expected to be disbursed in July 2017 as per the table at 4.5.1 of the <term>National School Chaplaincy Program for government schools</term> guideline, which can be accessed from the DECD website.</inserted>
