RIDGWAY (Leader of the Opposition) (14:26):</by>  Mr President, the minister failed to even address the question, but my supplementary question is: will the minister guarantee that SA Water's maintenance schedule, particularly in regard to water pipe or network upgrades, will not be delayed as a result of this project being funded through the existing capital works budget for SA Water? That was the question. It would be simpler to answer that rather than tell us for the sixth or seventh time about the project we all know about.</text>

That won't change.</text>
