When the Hon. Andrew McLachlan stands up, ministers are scared, as a general rule. We have seen him completely befuddle our police minister already today with a supplementary question. I will double-check, but often in grants programs in relation to co-contributions, grant funding is paid contingent on investments having been made. I will double-check to see if that is the case with the Innovation Voucher Program.
