          <inserted>All water licences (including water access entitlements) are already recognised as personal property in South Australia under section 146(8) of the <term>Natural Resources Management Act 2004</term> which states that, 'a water license is personal property and may pass to another in accordance with the provisions of this act or, subject to this act, in accordance with any other law for the passing of property'.</inserted>
