          <by role="member" id="3404">The Hon. J.A. DARLEY:</by>  The Character Preservation (Barossa Valley) Act and the Character Preservation (McLaren Vale) Act were assented to in late 2012. Both had a provision for a review five years from the commencement of the act. Can the minister advise when the review will commence, what preparations are being made to conduct the review and by whom?</text>
