DARLEY: The Character Preservation (Barossa Valley) Act and the Character Preservation (McLaren Vale) Act were assented to in late 2012. Both had a provision for a review five years from the commencement of the act. Can the minister advise when the review will commence, what preparations are being made to conduct the review and by whom? The Hon. P.
