It is hard to get statistics on a sense of the scale of the issue, full stop. It is an illicit market; we don't have market regulators who are able to report on who is producing ice and who isn't, but we do know that organised crime is involved in the production of ice—they are a major source of this problem. We also know they are involved in the distribution of ice, but as it stands I don't have a statistic regarding how much they are responsible for.</text>
