There is plumbing, there is electricity, there is putting a roof on the building, there is laying the foundations. There is a lot of work involved in the construction of an outstanding facility. There is painting, there is putting lighting in, then of course you need floor coverings, car parking, landscaping, there is a whole range of different roles. I am sure the Leader of the Opposition in this place—who is an applicant to be a minister himself—has the creative powers to contemplate the sort of trades that are involved in building a brand new facility.
