MALINAUSKAS (Minister for Police, Minister for Correctional Services, Minister for Emergency Services, Minister for Road Safety) (14:32):</by> That is a question that will ultimately be before the court. The act that we are referring to provides for the court to be able to make a decision around the requirements or the specifications that need to be put in place for someone's home detention order. My personal view I do not intend to express in this place, but that ultimately will be a decision for the court, and I very much hope that when the court makes their decision regarding the conditions for people around home detention, including the case that you referred to, the court takes into account public confidence regarding court ordered home detention.</text>
