HUNTER (Minister for Sustainability, Environment and Conservation, Minister for Water and the River Murray, Minister for Climate Change) (14:25):</by>  I seek leave to respond to a supplementary question asked by the senator Robert Brokenshire yesterday in relation to wastewater allocations and actions by the Environment Protection Authority. His question was: can the minister confirm that the 20 gigalitres of wastewater are being put out for use because the EPA threatened $400 million in fines? I can advise the chamber that I have sought advice from the Environment Protection Authority and the answer to the honourable member's question is no.</text>
