<by role="member" id="3404">The Hon. J.A. DARLEY:</by> Between 1971 and 1979, a rolling five-year revaluation program existed in South Australia. This was replaced by a valuation equalisation system that was subsequently replaced in 1982 by an annual valuation system using computer-assisted calculations of valuations. This system still exists today and is a leader in Australia, if not the world. The 2016-17 state budget outlines that the Valuer-General will commence a five-year rolling revaluation program in conjunction with transparency and accountability initiatives. Can the minister provide further detailed information on this program and what it entails and what impact this will have on the Valuer-General's budget?</text>
