MALINAUSKAS (Minister for Police, Minister for Correctional Services, Minister for Emergency Services, Minister for Road Safety) (15:01):</by> I thank the honourable member for her important question. The answer to her question is: yes, often the needs of the prisoner, particularly regarding health needs or needs around services, will be a variable in their transfer. So, if, for instance, it is determined that a prisoner may be better serviced with a particular need of theirs in a different facility, that is a factor that will contribute to whether or not the prisoner is transferred. That is, indeed, common.</text>
