          <text continued="true" id="20160920cf130efb4c5045f790000575">As agreed with the opposition in the other place, the government seeks to amend clause 11 of the bill to allow the Attorney-General the power to delegate powers under the act to the Commissioner for Consumer Affairs only. Previously, the bill proposed to allow the Attorney-General to delegate powers to a particular person or body.</text>
