Part of the minister's explanation stated that a new disability employment hub will create 6,300 jobs statewide, and approximately 1,700 of these will be in Adelaide's northern suburbs. Can the minister outline to the chamber the methodology that was applied to calculate these forecast figures? The Hon. K.J.
