HUNTER (Minister for Sustainability, Environment and Conservation, Minister for Water and the River Murray, Minister for Climate Change) (15:40): I move: That a message be sent to the House of Assembly requesting that a conference be granted to the council respecting an amendment to the bill and that the House of Assembly be informed that, in the event of a conference being agreed to, this council will be represented at such conference by five managers and that the Hon. T.A. Franks, the Hon. G.E. Gago, the Hon. J.M.A. Lensink, the Hon. A.L. McLachlan and the mover be the managers of the conference on the part of the Legislative Council. Motion carried.
