HOOD (15:15): Is the minister aware that, under the ANCAP safety rating system, as I am informed, vehicles such as the Mazda MX-5, for example, cannot be awarded a five-star rating because they do not have rear seatbelts, when in fact the car does not have rear seats? Without being flippant, I suspect that if the information the Hon. Mr Hood has just provided is true, I would have thought that there must be some explanation for it, because it seems too silly otherwise. I am more than happy to seek extra information regarding that particular issue and provide it to the Hon. Mr Hood if I am able to do so.
