I have seen the charts, and the only reduction in contribution from government has been from the state government. What evidence does the minister have that federal government programs have been cut, when you are giving them diddly squat?</text>

The best of them lack all conviction whatsoever, and the rest of them are driven by passionate intensity which is usually phoney, faux and fake. The honourable member might like to go and do his own homework with the federal government. He might want to start with the Landcare program and see how the federal government have cut those contributions.</text>
