<by role="member" id="3122">The Hon. I.K. HUNTER:</by> Okay, he is now indicating that he is talking about people who are not on the reticulated supply. If the Liberals are proposing to change the delivery of water or change the quality, then they will have to come up with a plan to fund it. They will have to come up with a plan to fund it. Let us find out how they will fund these grandiose schemes that they might undertake. This could be the first Liberal proposition for the next election, and we will see what they are going to do. I would be willing to have a little hunch here that, again, their whole budget will be predicated on the privatisation of SA Water, but they won't tell anybody about that until after the election.</text>
