<by role="member" id="3122">The Hon. I.K. HUNTER:</by> The honourable member wants to pin us down to a particular date; he wants to play that game. We are going to be first—that is an ambitious goal. It is an ambitious goal where will be uniting with communities, residents, business, state government level, and local government level to achieve that outcome. Why are they afraid of ambitious targets over there? Because they always have been. Their level of ambition lies down in the gutter, and that's why they've been in opposition for most of their political life, and will continue to be.</text>
