But in relation to other aspects of the minister's question, given the importance of this particular conference, as the minister has outlined, is the minister prepared to undertake to table in this house a copy of any speech or presentation that he made to the conference?</text>

I usually digress in quite a large way from prepared speeches. I am pretty sure I had a prepared speech for the Bavarian government's invitation, and I am pretty sure I had some speaking notes for the various meetings I had at the Lyon conference. But I will check on that and see whether it is appropriate to bring them back.</text>
