Can the minister advise why this land was sold by the Department of Treasury and Finance and not by Renewal SA in accordance with Premier and Cabinet circular 114? 2.	How much did the land sell for? 3.	Why was the land not rezoned to its optimum use in accordance with Premier and Cabinet circular 114 prior to the sale of the land? 4.
