Between 2012-13 and 2013-14, the net loss of young people aged 20 to 34 to other states and territories reduced by 400 people from 2,300 to 1,900. 2.	In relation to the 100,000 jobs target, my answer is recorded in Hansard, 25 September 2014, page 1080-1081. South Australia has achieved 106,600 training places for women, well over the six year target of 50,000 additional training places. For Aboriginal people, South Australia achieved 8,200 training places, well over the six year target of 4,400 additional places. 3.	There are no specific targets for the number of people with a disability in training. Over the past five years people with a disability have enrolled in over 50,000 training places. In 2014, compared with 2013, the number of training places for people with a disability increased by 2.5 per cent (or 350 training places) to 14,500. From a training completion perspective, the National Partnership Agreement on Skills Reform has a qualifications completion target for people with a disability in South Australia of an extra 760 over five years to 2016. After two years South Australia has achieved an extra 4,668 qualification completions by VET students with a disability, well above the five year target.
