HUNTER (Minister for Sustainability, Environment and Conservation, Minister for Water and the River Murray, Minister for Climate Change) (15:20):</by>  My understanding is that SA Water accounts do have a record of how much water has been utilised, and that's the basis of the billing. My understanding is that is what is provided in terms of the information—the amount of water that has been used. I imagine that's directly corresponding to the meter reading minus the previous meter reading.</text>
