I can advise that I am informed the investigation is still underway. The employee is suspended on full pay and apparently a series of claims has been put to the employee and she has been provided with time to respond to those claims. It is important that she is provided with that time to ensure that procedural fairness occurs as part of the investigation process, and the chief executive of DSD, once that information and that response have been collected, will then make a determination.
