LUCAS (14:55):</by>  Supplementary question: my question to the minister was about whether there were cabinet guidelines in relation to whether ministers should access their ministerial office budget for overseas travel or their parliamentary travel entitlement, and whether there were any restrictions at all in terms of ministers accessing either their office budget or their parliamentary travel allowance.</text>
